Community Reentry Case Management

  /files/images/prison.jpg  Upon release Community Reentry Management provides a continuum of care that seeks to surround each woman with the care, support, encouragement, and services needed for a successful transition back into family and community. Services are provided through a network of providers- from social service agencies to faith-based ministries and churches. 

  • A direct link that supports and reinforces the pre-release program;
  • Supportive relationships and referrals for needed services;
  • One-on-one guidance and support needed to implement reentry plans and guide the women through the all stages of reentry;
  • Connection to services and support that will address their family, housing, employment, education, mentoring support, and drug and alcohol treatment;
  • Coordinates services for family members around issues of reunification, parenting, tutoring, and other life maintenance issues;

The House of Ruth

  • A woman's short term residence where women in need can find a safe structured Christ centered family environment;
  • Structured to provide a daily routine that includes domestic chores and organized activities designed to minister to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the women;

New Beginnings Support Group

  • a Christ centered safe, nurturing and accepting environment in which to share their struggles and victories;
  • encourage and nurture one another;
  • build strong supportive relationships with family, church and community;

Continuing Life Skills Education Classes and Workshops

  • opportunity to complete classes started in the prison;
  • scheduled as needed;
  • available to community walk-ins and referrals.

The Twelve Steps A Spiritual Journey

  • A powerful tool that combines the practical recovery of The Twelve Steps with the spiritual truths of the Bible.
  • It also provides an environment of support and encouragement for women going through recovery.
